Oh dear. A lot of videos don't have enough in the way of stretching the leg muscles in the cooldown, particularly if they're heavy on the squats and lunges; I have one particular ballet DVD that I've attached a post-it to reading 'DO EXTRA HAMSTRING STRETCHES'.
