Fandom and personal - though seldom that personal - journal, mixing thoughts on what I've read/watched/attended recently, random fannish theorising, what-I-did-on-my-holidays, and occasional comments on life, the universe and everything. The last couple of years have brought some challenges, but also new fannish horizons in the discovery of Cdramas.

I write fanfic for a range of books, TV, film, and even the odd musical, recent works can be found at https://archiveofourown.org/users/Nineveh_uk If you're here for Lord Peter Wimsey fic, you can also find quite a bit archived on my DW/LJ that hasn't yet made it on to AO3 (I must remedy that).

I like reading, writing, art, hiking (not doing a lot of that at the moment due to long Covid), crosscountry skiing (not doing a lot of that ever due to living in the UK), Tolkien, Dorothy L. Sayers, and singing along to CDs in the car. I live in the UK, and resent its lack of thermal springs.
