I rather feel like that. With a donation box, I'll go in for a short look round and pop a couple of quid in. With a £9 charge, I just won't go, and over 5 years they've ended up getting nothing from me as a result. Also, they had a long queue, and I tend to think that if you want to charge people a lot, you should at least have an efficient ticket desk.
