I haven't, and I really should. Especially as it has Jason Isaacs in it. I don't mind a certain amount of war stuff even in Star Trek, at least if it is of the narratively interesting sort.

Those are brilliant ship names. The Culture series is one of those I've never got round to reading, and this is definitely an incentive to give it a try some time.
