Oh wow and thrice woe!

It is Friday night and my home is devoid of pudding. Well, not entirely. I have some mince pies, I have waffles in the freezer that might be eaten with jam and squirty cream, but that is not what I want. What I really want is posh chocolates, and I have none.

I am eating an orange instead. A consolation of January is that it has very good oranges.

ETA Crisis averted, I have violet creams. They aren't quite what I yearn for, but will do as a substitute.

My husband was given a box of Black Magic, which ought to be yum, but are so Not What They Were and none of my favourites happen any more.... very sad!

The decline of chocolates from what they once were is very disappointing.
