Yes, that's spectacularly sensible. Also the Swedish health care system. I helped to prepare a student for an examination on the Dutch, Austrian and Swedish health care systems and you could sum up the Swedish model in about three lines, whereas no matter how often I went through the EU report, I simply couldn't figure out the Dutch one at all.
