If I have a table in Word, does anyone know how to insert into it those subsidiary little tables that make the person filling it in choose between options? It seems that my usual fall-back of Cut and Paste doesn't work. Or even what this function is called so that I can find it in the Help menu?

That also turns out to be where Word 2010 was hiding the "record macro" button so I'm quite pleased to have found it on my own account..
