Cabin Pressure is a lot of fun. I missed the first couple of series, assuming it was a typical unfunny Radio 4 sitcom, until forcibly introduced by my sister, who showed me how wrong I was. It is a bit surreal and brilliantly funny. Unfortunately the majority (with some very honourable exceptions) of fanfic is written by people who appear to have missed the point entirely. Roger Allam plays the enormously smug First Officer.
