God rest ye merry gentlemen

Phew! I have completed the last edits on my Yuletide fic, and have ended up very happy with it. I look forward to reading the revealed fics over the next few days.

I am kicking myself for failing to buy some skis this Autumn, even though we haven't had snow like this before Christmas for decades - we had another few inches of snow last night, and it would be perfect for going out. Every time I think of doing it, I think it's quite a bit of money, and then every time it snows I think that if I keep them ten years and go out only once a year, it comes in at under £20 a time, and I'd certainly pay that if there were a hire shop up the road, which of course there is not.

I am feeling very cosy and Christmassy, though it occurs to me I was supposed to make pudding tonight and haven't. I had better go and see what I can do with some raspberries.
