It is a 'Schrödinger's only', both terrifyingly close and terrifyingly far away.
The view is really astonishing, the photo only takes in half what you can see from the window. And of course it is visible from the lounge and the dining room, but it will be absolutely lovely to have when getting up, collapsing after a day out etc.
