What I know, and she does not, is that I was so annoyed by her attempt to get me to do the work for her a couple of weeks ago that, when I sent my email telling her how to do it, I also went and spoke to my boss so that she was forewarned in the event of any pushback :-) I expect boss will keep out of it unless annoying woman escalates things to her boss and there is a direct approach by that route, but I think that's unlikely - and if it is, a clear "No" will be delivered. We don't do extra work for people who have more staff than us...
