I CAN HAZ COLD THINGS!

My new fridge/freezer has just been delivered. Now I have a reliable freezer compartment, one of my first endeavours will be to make rose liqueur and violet liqueur sorbet. I have been wanting to do this for ages (OK, not the rose, I only bought that in Munich airport a fortnight ago). It is too late for there to be any point in going in to work as it would be half an hour in, and hour there, home in the rush hour. So I'll do a bit more and then go to the supermarket. I can now also do some ironing - I might have had to stay in, but I was damned if I was going to be found in "female at home" activities that implied it wasn't inconvenient for me to do so.

[ETA: Have just remembered that I had been thinking of watching the US Presidential inaugurational wossname (not something I would normally do), so I had better go to the supermarket right now!). Also, I need a Guardian because it is Tuesday.]
