A thought on eating breakfast
Dec. 22nd, 2023 10:07 amCan you freeze porridge?
Or rather, obviously it is physically possible to freeze porridge, and it would not be hazardous to health to do so, but can porridge be frozen, thawed, and retain its taste/texture in a way that makes it pleasant to eat once reheated?
To which the internet tells me the answer is yes! Which is useful to know for the future. Shame I didn't think of it before cooking it for breakfast for a change, as then I could have used up the rest of the milk. I'm not doing it a second time, washing up is far too annoying.
