I enjoyed this - I think Pratchett fic is very difficult, because it's so hard to get his tone right, but you've definitely got it here.
I very much enjoyed the University bits of Unseen Academicals, because it was so easy to recognise Oxford in them. I found it a bit of a book of two halves, though, because I'm not a football fan and I suspect quite a lot of that was lost on me.
