My friends, take warning by my fall
Apr. 3rd, 2013 07:14 pmAnd do not drive 100 miles before realising that you have left your handbag at the point of departure, therefore throwing yourself on the mercy of the service station travel lodge* to use their phone, and driving back 60 miles to meet your father to collect said bag, and therefore driving 300 rather than 175 miles. I was quite well-rested yesterday morning, rather less so when I got home at 9:30pm. I suppose that on the plus side I have learnt that I am capable of driving 300 miles.
