Has anyone got a Cambridge Mask Company mask, and if so does it fit you? And if I haven't met you IRL do you mind telling me about your face shape?

TL:DR I have the same problem with masks as for glasses. Adult size too large, child size too small, and a narrow but highish nose.

I have a round face, very similar to Tilly from Star Trek

I have two Cambridge Masks the same size - both XL - one fits me very well and one doesn't provide an adequate seal at all.

The one that fits me very well has two exhaust vents which help hold the mask rigid.

The one that doesn't fit me has no exhaust vents and therefore is much floppier.

Exhaust vents are okay for me as I VERY seldom leave my house - apart from essential medical/dental appointments and trips to do with moving house I have stayed home nonstop since March ***2020***

but for someone who was at higher risk of transmitting the virus to other people, a mask with vents would not be a good choice - vented masks protect the wearer, but not the people around the wearer.

With the rise of Omicron, I have ordered some P2 masks with headstraps and plan to wear those in higher risk situations.

A friend of mine who is a fully qualified but not currently practising GP recommended these reusable masks - you measure your nose and chin [instructions on how to do so are on a video on the website], so they may get a better fit.
