The white slavery was intended as a Clue, but it was a bit of an obscure clue, possibly discernible solely to myself! I liked the Bleak Midwinter one, too. I now need to go and stalk look up all the other Wimsey authors to see if they have written previous Sayers stories that I have missed. I haven't had much computer time over the past week, but I shall have to now indulge my vanity and look up recs!
