Further to my last, I have just tried on the most amazing pair of glasses in the entire world. They are so light they seem to float on the face as if they are made of anti-gravity material. The price is probably ones soul.

Comfortable glasses that neither rub, press nor fall off your nose are worth a good chunk of your soul at the very least.

This is true, especially the pressing. I have been trying on glasses all afternoon and my nose is killing me. I am doing a search. If I can find something for a middle value that ticks most of the boxes, I will probably go for that (it's amazing how something really expensive can make something you had previously dismissed as too expensive feel reasonably priced), but if I can't - well, I got a small lump sum pay award at work last month...
